We are looking for a driven financial professional with a strong affinity to the Real Estate sector. You will be part of a dedicated research team of five analysts focused on European Real Estate equities. Together with our colleagues at the Sales & Sales/Trading desk, we service a large pool of institutional investors containing both European Real Estate specialist as well as global funds.

That is what you will use your talents for as an Equity Research Analyst at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will be writing research on Real Estate company stocks, conducting field research through board level meetings and asset tours. You will conduct detailed financial analysis and provide a solid view on the future direction of Real Estate markets. Equally important is your ability to market our research to a broad range of international institutional clients, including some of the biggest global equity investors, specialised Real Estate funds as well as internal stakeholders such as your Sales colleagues.

Furthermore, you will also:

• Interact with other departments and teams of our sector‑leading Investment Bank;
• Travel on a monthly basis for meetings with our clients, mostly located in Europe and the US;
• Mentor juniors into becoming high‑quality contributors.

You also have:

• At least five years of experience in Equities and/or Real Estate;
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel know‑how;
• Strong time management skils and the ability to cope with tight deadlines;
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

That's what we do! The fact is, if you add value, you can expect the same from us in return. As an Equity Research Analyst, you can count on:

• A gross monthly salary between € 6,000 and € 9,000, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
• An additional flexible budget of 19.47 % of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8 % holiday allowance & 7 extra leave days). You can utilize this by buying a bike, monthly gym membership, but also to save up for a sabbatical! It’s also possible to get the budget paid out at any moment in the year.
